Hazard Pay Update- Arbitration has been postponed due to BOP (Bureau of Prisons) December court date having it moved to June. There is no case precedence currently for DOD federal COVID hazardous duty pay. BOP would be the first and that is what the Arbitrator is waiting for, the outcome of that case which will show up on Federal websites.

CBA- The new CBA is in effect and on the website NDWFOP.org for you to download to you device.

Exposure in the line of duty- If you get exposed to blood, body fluids, or contagious diseases (i.e., monkey pox) in the line of duty (handcuffing a suspect) you need to fill out a CA1 and CA2 form. Print it out sign it get the supervisor to sign then make a copy and give the supervisor a copy. This way if anything happens because of it you will be covered and you have a copy proving you filled it out.
