A Message From The Chairman

Brothers and Sisters, the pay increases and retention bonuses are going to happen, but unfortunately the Navy has not received their budget yet. Once they received their budget, they will let us know when we will see the pay increase and retention bonus. The retention bonus we asked for 25% for everyone, we are waiting to hear back from them.

Physical Agility Testing 4/17/2022

Physical agility testing will begin at NSA Washington sometime in May. Cpt. Kenny Matthews will be the point of contact for scheduling and testing. No one has been grandfathered or exempted from testing. So far, these are all the details we have. You can not refuse to test. No one will lose their job because of testing failure. Your job could be in jeopardy if you disobey the order to show up for testing.

Hazard Pay Update- Arbitration has been postponed due to BOP (Bureau of Prisons) December court date having it moved to June. There is no case precedence currently for DOD federal COVID hazardous duty pay. BOP would be the first and that is what the Arbitrator is waiting for, the outcome of that case which will show up on Federal websites.
