MEETING UPDATE: On 11/15/2022 we had our meeting with region they are working hard on getting the increase. They have a meeting with their higher ups on December 13 and soon after that meeting we will be updated.
UPDATED FOR PAY: We are aware of JBAB's new pay scale and we did ask for a meeting to renegotiate our pay and find out what is going on with all the delays. Once we know more you will!
UPDATED FOR PAY AND RETENTION BONUS: The navy has not received their budget as of yet, but as soon as they do, we will be informed when everyone will get the pay increase and retention bonus.
They are working on starting a retention bonus for all current officers. The retention bonus will be in effect until manning gets up once the bonus starts.
Also they are working on move everyone up a pay grade too, but it may not be until the new year!! (they want to do it as soon as they can but CNIC is the hold up)!!
We have had a lot of question about how the pay increases are going to work so here is what we heard is going to happen, everyone that got their 7's will not get an increase, GS 3's and 4's will go to GS 5 then 6 months later will go to GS 6, after you go to FLETC or you have already have been or were here before that was a requirement will go to GS 7, promoted Sergeants that are PQS Watch Commander certified will go to GS 8.
