Physical agility testing will begin at NSA Washington sometime in May. Cpt. Kenny Matthews will be the point of contact for scheduling and testing. No one has been grandfathered or exempted from testing. So far, these are all the details we have. You can not refuse to test. No one will lose their job because of testing failure. Your job could be in jeopardy if you disobey the order to show up for testing.
The prior Executive Board failed to send any request to meet for impact and implementation nor did they respond to emails from the Regional staff in a timely manner. The requirement is now in place. However, the Agency has screwed the process up so bad, it is not even funny. New-hires have been required to do a pre-accessment. So far, very few have done so. Qualified instructors are below bare minimum to test properly. Standards for alternate testing are vague. We will deal with any problems as they arise.
